Above the interior decorating side of the building, there is a landing that leads to a large, open loft. A set of french doors from this area leads to another loft that is above the other side of the building. A half-wall separates the right side of the building, dividing it into two large, open areas.
The building had been beautifully finished with the following features:
- textured, finished walls
- ceiling fans throughout
- concrete floors
- propane heat
- air conditioning
- electricity has been updated
There is lots of parking in front and in back of the building and the location is off of State Road in the Holmes Hole Industrial Park. The exteriour has two formal entrances, one for each side of the building, and is nicely landscaped. The uses for this building are many — retail, wholesale, service, office, public utility, even residential!
